9 precise data to know yourself better

Bioimpedance is the method commonly used by home scales to calculate body composition. iHealth Fit uses the bioimpedance method by using an advanced ITO conductive coating to determine the resistance to electrical flow through the body, and uses this to calculate total body water volume. From total body water, it can estimate 9 body parameters.

One scale for the whole family

iHealth Fit can synchronise with up to 8 users. All you have to do is step on the scale and iHealth FIt saves the data for the right user. It identifies the user based on their weight. If two people have the same weight (to within ±3Kg), all they have to do is check that their user number is displayed on the screen. If this is not the case, simply press the foot at the bottom left of the scale to select the right user.
