The graphics and photographs on the www.ihealthlabs.eu website come from different sources and are protected as indicated in article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website.
Article 4 - Knowledge and respect
Users of the Website acknowledge that they have the skills and resources required to access and use this site. They also acknowledge that they have checked that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and that it is in perfect working order. Finally, the User also acknowledges having read the present legal notice, the general conditions of use and the iHealth confidentiality and personal data policy and undertakes to comply with them.
Article 5 - Data Protection Act - Right of access, modification and deletion
The data controller is Mr Stéphane KERRIEN, in his capacity as manager of the Société à Responsabilité Limitée Unipersonnelle iHealthLabs Europe, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 792 514 341 and having its registered office at 3 rue Tronchet, F-75008 Paris.
In accordance with article 22 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, the automated processing of personal data has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
In accordance with simplified standard 48 (Deliberation No. 2012-209 of 21 June 2012), iHealth benefits from the simplified declaration procedure, for all automated processing relating to the management of customers and prospective customers. iHealth has declared the processing of Personal Data of Users of the Website to the CNIL under number 1820891.
The Personal Data and Confidentiality Policy, established by iHealth, is regularly accessible by the User from the Website, particularly in its possible modifications and updates.
It is specified that iHealth develops and offers for sale products, solutions and applications to its customers who have gone through the procedures set up for this purpose, enabling the acquisition of connected objects likely, under certain conditions, to lead to the collection, confidential processing and secure hosting of personal health data of some of their users. All the information relating to this particular data and in particular the procedures and protection measures implemented by iHealth, on servers protected and validated by the French government authorities, in particular the services of ASIP Santé, can be consulted on the information sheets for the products, solutions and applications concerned, in the section of the Website dedicated to them.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, Users have a general right to access, modify, rectify and delete, for legitimate reasons, any Personal Data concerning them that may be collected via cookies under the conditions defined below.
The User may exercise these rights and prerogatives by sending an e-mail to iHealth at the following e-mail address: support@ihealthlabs.eu or by sending a letter by post to iHealthLabs Europe, 36 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, indicating his/her surname, first name, e-mail address and, if possible, your customer reference number.
A reply will then be sent to you within a maximum of two (2) months following receipt of the request.

Article 6 - Cookies policy
Users are informed that each time they visit the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on their browser. A cookie is an element that does not allow the user to be identified, but allows information relating to the user's browsing on the website to be recorded. By configuring your browser, you can be informed of the presence of cookies and, if necessary, refuse them using the procedure described at the following address: www.cnil.fr.

iHealth will keep this information on the User's computer for a maximum of thirteen (13) months.
Article 7 Website audience measurement analysis tool
The User is advised that, by default, the Website uses the "Google Analytics" audience analysis tool, which also uses cookies.
In this respect, the User is invited, on this particular point, to refer to the section of the Personal Data and Confidentiality Policy entitled - Analysis tool used by the Website: Google Analytics, where it is indicated that the User may refuse these so-called "analytics" cookies and that he/she may use the link to the opposition mechanism: "Click here to oppose Google's audience measurement cookies".
Article 8 - Intellectual property
The www.ihealthlabs.eu Website and all of its components, such as the domain name, any brand, logo, software, tree structure, database, graphic charter, design, illustration, animation, image and text, are protected by intellectual property rights.
iHealth is the exclusive holder of the intellectual property rights relating to the Website and all the elements making it up, with the exception of photographs, videos and other material originating from the service providers themselves. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, representation, adaptation, alteration, modification, distribution, in whole or in part, extraction or re-use, whether repeated or systematic, including for private purposes, of all or part of the Website, by any means whatsoever, constitutes an infringement.
The trademarks and domain names as well as the designs and models which appear on the Website are the exclusive property of iHealth.
No licence, nor any right other than that of consulting the Website, is granted to any person with regard to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of documents on the Site is authorised for the sole purpose of providing information for personal and private use. Any reproduction or use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.

Article 9 - Disputes
The Legal Notice has been drawn up in accordance with French law, in particular the provisions of the law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and the law of 6 January 1978 as amended by the law of 6 August 2004 on information technology, files and liberties.
In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt has been made to reach an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the acceptance, validity, interpretation, application or performance of any of the provisions of the Legal Terms is expressly referred to the Courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, which shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of subscription and notwithstanding plurality of defendants or the introduction of third parties.
